Return & Exchange
At Omoi, we do not offer a return/refund policy and only exchanges can be done. T&C apply.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@omoi.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired replacement item. Please note that the item value must meet or exceed the exchange value to be eligible.
Once we receive your request, we'll review and respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please ship the item back to us at Omoi, FF-122, Vihav Excelus, Vasna Bhayli, Vadodara Gujarat-391410. We'll ship the new item to you upon receiving the returned item.
The above stated process is applicable for all domestic (within India) returns.
