At Omoi, we strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted products. Before returning an Omoi product, please take a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into creating each piece and understand how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional hand block printing techniques and natural dyes, making every item truly one-of-a-kind. The manual processes involved may result in subtle variations and imperfections, which are an inherent part of the artisanal process and not considered defects.

We take pride in thoroughly inspecting every order before it ships. Although rare, mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@omoi.in within 48 hours of delivery. We're here to make things right.

At Omoi, we do not offer a return/refund policy and only exchanges can be done. T&C apply.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that your situation meets one of the following conditions:

If you're experiencing sizing issues with your garment, we're here to help. If the item doesn't fit as expected, you may be eligible for an exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we'll gladly facilitate an exchange.
Lastly, if you've received an item that's different from what you ordered, please contact us. We'll work with you to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us: Email us at info@omoi.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide exchange details: Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for. [Please note: To be eligible for exchange, the item value must meet or exceed the exchange value.]
Wait for confirmation: We will review your request and respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Ship the item back: Once confirmed, please ship the item back to us at Omoi, FF-122, Vihav Excelus, Nr Bright Day school, Vasna Bhayli, Vadodara Gujarat-391410
Receive your new item: We will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item.

Please Note:

As stated above: Our Textiles are hand made and the manual processes involved may result in subtle variations and imperfections, which are an inherent part of the artisanal process and not considered defects. In this case, the product is not eligible for an exchange.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, altered, or damaged by the user.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
We do not provide Exchange on discounted or Sale products.
Only in case you receive a defective piece, we'll do our best to replace it with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we'll provide a refund. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the defective item for a different product of your choice. T&C Apply.
We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet our exchange policy conditions.
We do not accept exchanges without a prior email. Please follow our exchange process for a smooth experience.
During the Exchange of your order: You are responsible for the secure shipping and the cost of shipping of the product through a trusted and registered courier/delivery partner back to us.
